疗癣卡西甫丸治疗中重度头皮脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药疗癣卡西甫丸口服治疗中重度头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将入选的60例头皮脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为两组。对照组:30例,仅每周2次外用酮康唑洗剂;治疗组:30例,外用酮康唑洗剂,同时联合口服疗癣卡西甫丸,每日2次,10g/次,疗程4周。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组有效率90.0%,疗效明显优于对照组53.3%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的皮损面积、丘疹、鳞屑评分均有明显降低(P<0.05),但在瘙痒评分改善上与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。停药2个月后治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疗癣卡西甫丸口服联合酮康唑洗剂外用治疗中重度头皮脂溢性皮炎疗效显著,安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Liaoxuan Kaxifu Pills in the treatment of moderate or severe seborrheic dermatitis of scalp.Methods Sixty patients with scalp seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with ketoconazole lotion twice a week,and the treatment group was given extra Liaoxuan Kaxifu Pills10grams each time,twice daily,except for ketoconazole lotion.The treatment lasted for4weeks.Results The effective rate was90%in the treatment group at4weeks,which was significantly better than that in the control group(53.3%,P<0.05).Scores on rash,papule and scale were all significantly reduced in the treatment group(P<0.05),while the score of the pruritus was not significantly changed compared with the control group(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was observed in both groups.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group at2months after the therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Liaoxuan Kaxifu Pills on moderate or severe scalp seborrheic dermatitis is effective and safe.
