脂肪干细胞分化为血管内皮细胞及其治疗下肢缺血性疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：下肢缺血性疾病是临床常见的严重危害中老年人健康的疾病之一,目前治疗方法多样,一般采用药物、血管搭桥、介入手术等方式,但远期疗效较差,治疗效果往往不甚理想。近年来,脂肪干细胞在治疗下肢缺血性疾病方面的实验研究逐渐增多。本文拟就目前脂肪干细胞分化为血管内皮细胞及其治疗下肢缺血性疾病的研究现状作一综述,并对其存在的问题进行分析及展望。Ischemicdiseaseoflowerextremityisaseverediseasethreateninghumanhealth.Treatmentforischemicdiseasecommonlyuse drugs,vascular bypass,interventional surgery,but the long-term effect is unsatisfied.Thisreview aimstosummarizethedifferentia tion of adipose-derived stem cells into endothelial cells and their transplantation for Hindlimb Ischemia,and to analyze current problems and to prospect the future.
