摘  要:【目的】研究桢楠阴沉木与现代木木材化学成分与表面颜色差异,为进一步研究桢楠阴沉木的形成机理提供理论依据。【方法】采用湿化学法与傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对桢楠阴沉木与桢楠现代木的化学组成进行定量分析,并采用CIE LAB表色系统定量分析桢楠现代木与阴沉木木材的表面颜色。【结果】桢楠阴沉木的热水抽出物、苯醇抽出物、灰分和1%氢氧化钠抽出物的含量均显著低于现代木,且分别减少了61.91%、38.50%、43.14%、22.96%;桢楠阴沉木的α-纤维素、半纤维素、硫酸木质素的含量分别为35.00%、17.86%、38.80%,与现代木相比,桢楠阴沉木的α-纤维素与半纤维素分别降解了6.52%、35.85%,而硫酸木质素的相对含量增加了23.0%。FITR结果显示,阴沉木形成过程中,半纤维素的特征峰减小最为明显,表明在桢楠阴沉木形成过程中半纤维素发生降解的程度最大。与现代木相比较,桢楠阴沉木L~*值下降了24.83%,亮度偏暗,a~*值为-10.0,颜色偏绿,色差与色调差异明显。【结论】桢楠阴沉木的形成伴随着木材化学成分的变化。【Objective】The objective of the study was to invesitigate the chemical components andsurface color of ancient buried and recent P.zhennan woods collected from Sichuan province,and toprovide a basic reference for ancient buried wood formation.【Method】The wed chemical method andFTIR were used to analyze the chemical components and the CIE LAB system was used to estimate thesurface color of both recent and ancient buried P.zhennan woods.【Result】The hot-water extractive,toluene-alcohol extractive,1%NaOH solubility and ash content of ancient P.zhennan buried wood weresignificantly reduced by61.91%,38.50%,43.14%and22.96%,respectively,compared to recent ones.The alpha cellulose,hemicelluloses and acid-insoluble lignin of ancient buried P.zhennan wood was35.00%,17.86%and38.80%,respectively.Compared with recent P.zhennan samples,both alpha celluloseand hemicelluloses were6.52%and35.85%lower in ancient buried P.zhennan wood.However,thelignin content of ancient buried P.Zhennan wood was23.10%higher than that of recent P.zhennanwood.The FTIR spectra showed that a significant reduction of hemicellulose absorption peak was observed in the ancient buried P.zhennan wood,suggesting that a large amount of hemicelluloses wasdegradated.According to the CIE LAB color system,the surface color of ancient buried wood was darkerand greener(the L*of ancient wood decreased by24.83%)than that of recent ones(the a*of ancientwood moreover was-10.0).Additionaly,color difference(驻E*)and hue difference(驻H*)were significantbetween the two woods.【Conclusion】The ancient buried wood was formed following the changes ofwood chemical components.
