摘 要:【目的】为福建省浙江红花油茶的良种选育与充分开发利用提供参考。【方法】以福建省13个居群198份浙江红花油茶为实验材料,对其进行遗传多样性的ISSR分子标记分析。【结果】17个ISSR引物扩增出167条位点,其中多态性位点142条,平均多态位点百分率为85.03%。13个居群浙江红花油茶的遗传距离的变化范围为0.145 9~0.509 4。通过遗传距离进行聚类分析,可将13个天然居群的浙江红花油茶分为4个大类。【结论】福建省不同地区的浙江红花油茶遗传多样性丰富,居群间亲缘关系差异明显。【Objective】The objective of this study was to provide a reference for fully exploiting and uti原lizing the germplasm resources of Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu in Fujian province.【Method】The geneticdiversity of13populations of C.chekiangoleosa in Fujian Province was analyzed by ISSR molecularmarker technique.【Results】The results showed that17primers were obtained and167loci were ampli原fied;in addition,polymorphic loci was142and the average percentage of polymorphic loci was85.03%.The genetic distance of13populations of C.chekiangoleosa in Fujian province ranged from0.7451to0.9402.The13populations of C.chekiangoleosa in Fujian province were divided into four groups bycluster analysis based on genetic distance.【Conclusion】The genetic diversity of C.chekiangoleosa in dif原ferent areas of Fujian Province was rich and the genetic relationship among populations was significant.
