社区建设与城市居民的主观幸福感

摘　　要：以往关于主观幸福感的研究多从心理学出发,强调个体因素对主观幸福感的影响,较少考虑社区因素的作用。本文利用厦门市社会质量调查数据,分析社区建设与个体主观幸福感之间的关系。论文将主观幸福感分为生活满意度和情绪体验两个维度,社区建设则包括社区能力、社区环境和社区包容三个维度。研究发现,社区建设对主观幸福感具有正向影响。其中,社区包容在提高居民主观幸福感方面影响最大,社区包容、社区环境及社区能力对居民生活满意度都有明显影响,但社区能力对居民情绪体验的影响不显著。文章据此提出从社区建设层面提升居民主观幸福感的对策建议。Using social quality data collected in Xiamen,this paper analyzed the relationship between communityconstruction and personal subjective well-being.Subjective well-being was divided into life satisfaction and emotionexperience in this paper,and community construction consisted of three parts,they were community capacity,community environment and community inclusion.The results showed that community construction had positiveeffect on subjective well-being.Concretely speaking,social inclusion was the most powerful predictive variable ofdependent variable;all the three dimensions of community construction had signifi cant effect on life satisfaction,while the infl uence of community capacity on emotion experience didn’t pass the signifi cance test.According tothese fi ndings,this paper suggested that community construction should be implemented to improve urban residents’subjective well-being.
