醒脑静注射液在中风昏迷中的应用及护理方法探究

摘　　要：目的:研究分析醒脑静注射液在中风昏迷中的应用及护理方法。方法:在江西省南昌市第三医院收治的脑卒中患者中,随机选取64例作为研究对象,所有研究对象均于2015年9月至2016年9月期间入院治疗,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组分别为32例,两组患者均应用常规方法进行治疗,其中,研究组患者增用醒脑静注射液,评价、分析研究组、对照组治疗效果,评价指标包括治疗有效率、清醒时间和GSC评分,同时提出对应的护理措施。结果:研究组患者总治疗有效率比对照组高,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后清醒时间、GCS评分优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液在中风昏迷中的应用效果较好,能促进患者尽早清醒,且予以患者综合护理干预,对改善患者预后有积极作用。Objective:To study the application of Xingnaojing injection in stroke in a coma and nursing method.Methods:64cases of stroke patients from September2015to September2016in our hospital,were randomly selected as the research object,according to the random number table method were divided into study group and control group,each group with32cases.Two groups of patients were treated by conventional methods.In addition,the patients in study group were also added with Xingnaojing injection,evaluation and analysis of evaluation indicators include the treatment efficiency,recovery time and GSC score between the study group and the control group were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);waking time,GCS score of the patients in study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection showed good application effect in the treatment of stroke coma,in that it can promote patients more quickly and clearer.Furthermore,comprehensive nursing intervention has shown a positive effect on patients.
