摘 要:【目的】从生理学角度探讨菟丝特对黄素梅上日本菟丝子的作用机理,为日本菟丝子的防除提供科学依据。【方法】用3种6%菟丝特AS浓度(6、10和14 mg/L)对接种日本菟丝子的黄素梅进行喷洒处理,药后7 d测定日本菟丝子及黄素梅幼苗的部分生理指标。【结果】经6、10和14 mg/L 6%菟丝特AS处理后日本菟丝子的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和可溶性蛋白含量均显著下降(P<0.05,下同),分别是对照(清水)的28.34%、38.73%、58.68%和67.37%、39.62%、71.05%;可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性则显著高于对照。经6%菟丝特AS处理后黄素梅幼苗的叶绿素荧光参数、光合作用参数、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和保护酶(SOD、CAT和POD)活性均显著高于对照;叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量在6 mg/L 6%菟丝子处理后显著高于对照,是对照的1.35和1.53倍,其余浓度下无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】6%菟丝特AS通过影响菟丝子体内蛋白质等生物大分子的代谢、破坏菟丝子体内保护酶系统的平衡对菟丝子发挥防治作用。寄主植物黄素梅则通过维持较强的光合作用和较高的可溶性蛋白水平及均衡的保护酶系统免遭菟丝特伤害。【Objective】The aim of this study was to clarify the action mechanism of tusite on Duranta repens cv.Gold leaves inoculated with Cuscuta japouica Choisy,and provide reference for controlling C.japouica.【Method】Partial physiological indexes of C.japouica and D.repens seedlings7d after spraying tusite AS of different concentrations(6,10and14ml/L).【Result】After treated by6,10and14ml/L tusite,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and soluble protein content of C.japouica significantly decreased(P<0.05,the same below),which were28.34%,38.73%,58.68%and67.37%,39.62%,71.05%of those in control(clear water).The content of soluble sugar and the activities of peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)were significantly higher than those in control.After treated by6%tusite AS,chlorophyll fluorescence parameter,photosynthetic parameter,content of soluble protein,content of soluble sugars and activities of protective enzymes(SOD,CAT and POD)of D.repens were significantly higher than those in control.The chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents were significantly higher than control in6ml/L6%tusite treatment,and were1.35and1.53times of those in control.But there were no significant difference in chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents between other treatments and control(P>0.05).【Conclusion】6%tusite AS controls C.japouica by affecting metabolism of protein and other biomacromolecules and destroying the balance of protective enzyme in C.japouica.On the contrary,the host plant,D.repens,can prevent injury from tusite through remaining high level of photosynthesis,increasing the content of soluble protein and keeping the balance of protective enzyme.
