摘 要:为研究壳体对聚能射流形成的影响,应用LS-DYNA3D有限元软件对壁厚呈线性变化的壳体对聚能射流形成的影响进行了模拟研究。模拟结果表明,聚能装药增加壳体后,射流的速度明显高于无壳的聚能装药,但是射流断裂的时间提前。壁厚呈线性变化的壳体对射流的速度和总动能的影响呈现一种先增加后降低的趋势,并在壳体顶端壁厚为1 mm时达到最大值。In order to analyze the effect of cases on the formation of shaped charge jet,the calculation wasperformed using finite-element code LS-DYNA in terms of the effect of varies linearly cases on the jet.The simulation showed that,when the cases was added to the shaped charges,the head velocity of shapedcharge jet was faster than that of without cases,but,the break time of jet was earlier than the latter.Theeffect of varies linearly cases on the velocity and total kinetic energy of shaped charge jet presented atendency of increasing firstly and then decreasing,when the wall thickness of the top of the cases was1mm,the velocity and kinetic energy of shaped charge jet reached the maximum value.
