摘  要:卷烟工业的产品质量一直是行业内普遍关注和不断探讨的问题,特别是针对卷烟质量稳定性,时常需要通过长期经验积累与摸索总结形成,并且会因生产设备的不同、产品拍拍规格的不同而发生诸多变化。目前,所采取的管理方法成本高、效率低、操作繁杂,并对操作与检验人员的技能要求较高,难以满足企业面向市场需求,实现生产智能化的需求。统计过程控制(SPC)为我们提供了一种先进质量与控制技术,针对卷烟生产过程的稳定性,实现全过程的统计、分析、预防,实现产品生产过程质量的有效控制,有效降低生产消耗和成本。由于,烟草工业的卷烟生产属于流通型连续生产模式,大都采用单一批次的质量分析,缺乏对产品各品牌、规格、批次的质量稳定型进行全过程跟踪与控制支持。因此,本文重点针对卷烟制丝生产线的烟丝生产过程质量稳定性进行连续跟踪应用,通过基于统计过程控制(SPC)质量分析管理系统的开发,实现生产过程实时数据挖掘、整合、筛选、分类、统计、分析,并基于客户端智能展示和图表输出。从而,充分利用工厂生产过程实时数据,完成更深层次的SPC分析,为卷烟产品生产质量稳定性提供技术支持。The quality of the products is an outstanding problem in a widely attention of economicconstruction by the current social and national.The traditional method of quality management is of highcost and low efficiency.It can't meet the requirements of modern manufacturing.Statistical processcontrol(SPC)is a kind of advanced method and control technology of quality management statistics bymeans of mathematical.It’s main target is the stability of the process and it focus on the prevention ofwhole process.It can reduce the production cost by reducing the fraction defective of the productseffectively.The production of cigarette silk is continuous,but the SPC quality analysis is for single batchusually.The analysis of a period of time and a certain brand of production is lack,so the Long-termfollow-up of silk product quality can not be completed.It’s helpless for the continuity and stability ofproduct quality.Therefore,the long-term tracking is necessary for the quality of continuous product ofcigarette making silk.The SPC quality analysis management system we develop based on the smart clientarchitecture and development tools can provide the real time production data recombination,dataautomatic screening,classification,statistical analysis,analysis of statistical graph output,etc.It canmake full use of the production field data to complete the deeper analysis of the SPC.
