摘 要:金属镀件在电镀处理之前,须进行彻底地清洁,保证镀件表面无油污、锈蚀和其他颗粒物杂质,金属镀件表面不洁会污染镀液,并严重影响镀后产品的表面质量。以连杆镀铬为例,提出一种基于智能PLC的金属镀件表面连续清洗控制系统设计。首先分别采用不同比例的清洗液浓度、单槽清洗控制时间及连续清洗次数等不同的参数组合,进行多组连杆镀铬实验,通过对不同参数组合下的连杆表面质量的测量,来选取最优、最经济的参数组合。基于该参数组合,设计金属镀件表面清洗控制系统硬件部分和软件工作流程。实验证明,提出的系统设计能够有效地提高镀后连杆的成品合格率,并且最大限度节约用水量。Metal plating in electroplating processing before,must be thoroughly cleaned,ensure no oil,plating surface corrosion and other particulate impurities,metal plating surface has oil or rust,willpollute the bath,and seriously affect the surface quality of the product after plating.Taking the chromeplating of connecting rod as an example,the design of the control system for continuous cleaning of metalplated parts based on PLC is presented.Firstly,using cleaning fluid concentration,different proportion ofsingle washing control time and pre plating cleaning times different combinations of parameters weremeasured by the connecting rod connecting rod chrome experiments,the surface quality of differentcombinations of the parameters,to select the optimal parameters,the most economical.Based on theoptimal parameter combination,the hardware part and the software working flow of the cleaning controlsystem are designed.The experimental results show that the system design can effectively improve thequalified rate of the rear connecting rod,and the maximum water saving.
