摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,人们对健康的重视程度也相应的提高。定期健康体检是疾病防控的有效途径之一,且被称为健康的第五大基石。目前,我国健康体检产业仍存在诸多问题,比如,体检机构定位不明确、服务单调等。从体检者的角度,存在对体检套餐认识不足,不清楚自己需要选择怎样的体检套餐,盲目过度体检等问题。本文旨在改进目前体检套餐中存在的问题,针对新老用户设计合理的体检套餐推荐系统。首先,根据专家建议,建立合理的调查问卷,了解生活习惯、饮食等方面的信息;其次,对新用户,根据其所属的人群及调查问卷,建立推荐算法推荐体检套餐,针对已有体检数据用户,根据其预测风险和所属人群特点、调查问卷等,建立推荐算法推荐体检套餐。此外,针对多种不同年龄和性别、职业的人群,对体检套餐推荐结果进行聚类,建立多种供候选套餐。本研究提出将推荐算法、数据挖掘算法等信息技术应用于体检套餐设计,在体检套餐设计方法方面进行了合理的创新,为开拓创新体检套餐设计提供了可行的思路。With the improvement of living standards,people's attention to health has also been improved accordingly.Regular physical examination is one of the effective methods of disease prevention and control,and is called the fifth cornerstones of health.At present,China's health examination industry still has many problems,such as the unclear positioning of the medical institutions,and the monotonous content of services.From the medical point of view,there is insufficient understanding of the medical package,it is unclear how they need to choose a medical package,blind excessive physical examination and other issues.The purpose of this study is to improve the existing problems in the medical package,and recommend a reasonable medical package for the new and old users.First,according to the experts suggested that the establishment of the questionnaire,to understand the living habits,diet and other aspects of information;secondly,for new users,according to their respective groups and questionnaire,establish the algorithm recommended physical packages,based on the existing medical data users,according to the prediction of risk and the population characteristics,questionnaire etc.In addition,according to a variety of age and gender and occupation of the crowd,the physical examination package recommended results clustering,set up a variety of candidate packages.This study presents the application of recommendation algorithm,data mining algorithms and other information technology in medical package design,the reasonable innovation in medical package design method,provides a feasible way for the innovation of medical package design..
