摘  要:随着自动化技术的运用,洗车方式悄然发生变化,逐渐从人工洗车转变为洗车机洗车,这也是洗车服务商节约成本的必由之路。从用户体验的角度,提出基于物联网技术的自助洗车服务,采用自动洗车硬件系统和自助服务软件系统深度融合,构建从云平台运营商、洗车店(点)、自动洗车机厂商、洗车客户之间洗车生态产业链,整个系统由云平台、洗车机接口、手机APP、办公OA四个模块组成,各模块服务不同的对象又协同工作,实现人与人、人与物、物与物之间的智能通信,最终实现安全、快捷、干净、环保的自助洗车服务。With the application of automation technology,the way of car wash has been gradually changed from manualwash to machine wash,which is the only way for car wash service providers to save cost.From a user?experience perspective,amode of self?help car wash service based on Internet of Things(IoT)technology is put forward in this paper.Automatic car washhardware system and self?help service software system are deeply integrated in this mode to construct a car wash ecological indus?trial chain among cloud platform operators,car wash companies,manufacturers of automatic car washer and customers.Thewhole system consists of four modules:cloud platform,car wash machine interface,mobile phone APP,and OA system.Eachmodule serves for different objects but works together to realize H2H,H2T and T2T intelligent communication,and ultimatelyrealize safe,convenient,clean,and eco?friendly self?help car wash service.
