摘　　要：注水泥塞是各油田常用的封堵手段,但是随着油田开发的深入,深井、井漏、溢流等各种情况的存在,给注灰施工造成较大困难。本文通过施工准备、井筒、人为因素等各方面对注灰失败的原因进行了分析,为以后的施工提供借鉴。Cementing is widely used for plugging in oilfields.However,with the development of oilfield problems which include deep well,well leakage and overflow have made it difficult in cementing construction.This article provides insight into the causes of the failure of cement injection involving preparation,wellbore and human factors to provide reference for future construction work.
