摘　　要：常规的修井工具和工艺无法适应特殊井况井打捞施工的需要,浅部卡钻取套打捞等技术取得了较好的效果。The conventional workover tools and techniques can not meet the needs of special well conditions,and shallow drilling,drilling and casing fishing have achieved good results.
