摘　　要：本文所述换热器是涉及石油工程技术领域的一种油气集输系统用换热器,它主要由耐压容器、保温填充材料、水平挡板、45°斜挡板、气体进口、气体出口、液体出口、液体进口和工型管组成,它结构简单、使用方便快捷。通过在耐压容器的内部填充保温材料,用于防止热量的损失;换热器内部换热管采用工型设计有效的提高换热效率。This heat exchanger is involved in a kind of oil and gas gathering and transferring system in the field of petroleum engineering technology.It is mainly composed of pressure container,heat preservation material45°inclined,horizontal baffle,baffle,gas imports,exports,liquid export,import and tubes.By filling in the pressure container within insulation materials and the design of heat exchange tube.It is not onlyhas simple structure,andcan effectively prevent heat loss,also can effectively improve the thermal efficiency.
