摘　　要：中国共产党是靠铁的纪律组织起来的马克思主义政党。西柏坡时期,我们党高度重视党内纪律建设,开展了整党整军运动,强化了理论知识学习,建立了请示报告制度,制定了城市接管纪律和进京守则,提出了"两个务必"的警示。这些措施的制定和实施,使党的纪律得到了全面加强,党的统一领导得到了巩固,为取得新民主主义革命的胜利提供了严格的纪律保障,也为当前协调推进"四个全面"战略布局提供了有益借鉴。The Communist Party of China is a Marxist political party organized by iron discipline.In Xibaipo period,our Party attached great importance to Party discipline construction,carried out the rectification movement in the army,did strengthen the learning of theoretical knowledge,established the reporting system,established disciplines of taking over the city and rules of going into Beijing,put forward the"Two Musts"warning.Via the formulation and implementation of these measures,the party's discipline had been strengthened,the unified leadership of the party had been consolidated,providing strict discipline guarantee for the victory of the new democratic revolution,and also provided a useful reference for the coordination and promotion of"Four Overall"strategic layout.
