摘　　要：党的十八大报告强调:"反腐倡廉必须常抓不懈,拒腐防变必须警钟长鸣"。腐败就像一个无比可怕的蛀虫,严重影响政府的公信力,动摇党的执政基础,随时都有可能将一个国家侵蚀殆尽,因此,我国高度重视反腐倡廉工作的开展。"远亲不如近邻"这句俗语,体现出我国对于近邻文化的强烈关注,越南、马来西亚、日本、韩国、中国香港地区和新加坡作为中国的"近邻",在法律文化背景方面与我国有着千丝万缕的关系,通过比较分析它们成功的反腐法制经验,我们可以加以学习,并立足于我国现阶段的国情,探寻有中国特色的反腐倡廉道路。The report of the18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that"anti-corruption should be kept unremittingly,and the anti-corruption must be alarmed."Corruption is like a terrible borer,which seriously affects the government's credibility,at any time may lead to country's erosion,therefore,China attaches great importance to anticorruption work carried out."Vietnam,Malaysia,Japan,Korea,Hong Kong and Singapore as China's"Neighbors",in the legal and cultural background with China,which is inextricably linked to China,through comparative analysis of their successful experience of anti-corruption legal system,we can learn and explore the characteristics of China's anti-corruption road based on China's current stage of the situation.
