摘　　要：首钢京唐在建设和发展中立足于循环经济发展理念,通过不断的管理和技术创新,形成了完备的分布式与集中式智慧能源管理体系,运用能源管控中心+能源岛+能源网络的技术手段实现了各能源介质能量梯级利用和循环发展再利用的目标。Based upon circular economy concept for construction and development and through continuous management and technological innovation,Shougang Jingtang has formed a complete distributed and concentrated intelligent energy management system,using the technical means of energy control center,energy island and energy network to achieve the goal of energy cascade utilization and circular development.
