肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效进行探讨。方法 240例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组120例。对照组应用氯沙坦钾治疗,观察组在此基础上联合肾炎康复片治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG酶)、尿蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的78.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NAG酶为(15.2±10.2)U/L、尿蛋白为(0.66±0.37)g/24 h,均优于对照组的(23.6±10.4)U/L、(0.93±0.50)g/24 h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者尿素氮、血肌酐水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.3%,低于对照组的17.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性肾小球肾炎治疗中应用肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾能够收获显著疗效,可实现对患者尿蛋白的有效控制,具有较高安全性。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nephritis rehabilitation tablet combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of240chronic glomerulonephritis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with120cases in each group.The control group was treated with losartan potassium,and the observation group was also treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablet.Comparison were made on treatment effect,β-N-acetyl glucosaminidase(NAG),urinary protein,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as95.0%than78.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had better NAG as(15.2±10.2)U/L,urine protein as(0.66±0.37)g/24h than(23.6±10.4)U/L and(0.93±0.50)g/24h in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels(P>0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as8.3%than17.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of nephritis rehabilitation tablet and losartan potassium provides remarkable efficacy in treating chronic glomerulonephritis,and it can effectively control urine protein of patients.So it contains high security.
