护理干预提高心血管内科住院患者睡眠质量的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对心血管内科住院患者睡眠质量的影响。方法 64例心血管内科住院患者,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理基础上增加护理干预。比较两组患者的睡眠质量和护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者睡眠质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者睡眠质量评分为(5.34±1.21)分,低于对照组的(6.29±1.64)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度评分为(92.35±5.29)分,高于对照组的(81.27±3.46)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管内科患者采用相应的护理干预措施,可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量,提高患者临床护理满意度,临床应用价值重大。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on improving sleep quality of cardiovascular medicine inpatients.Methods A total of64cardiovascular medicine inpatients were divided by admission order into observation group and control group,with32cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing measures,and the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.Comparison were made on sleep quality and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups.Results Before nursing,both groups had no statistically significant difference in sleep quality score(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group had lower sleep quality score as(5.34±1.21)points than(6.29±1.64)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction score as(92.35±5.29)points than(81.27±3.46)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Corresponding nursing intervention measures for cardiovascular medicine inpatients can effectively improve their sleep quality and improve clinical nursing satisfaction,and it contains great clinical application value.
