浅析中医治疗青春期功血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究青春期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)患者接受中医治疗的临床效果。方法 86例青春期功血患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组使用西药治疗,观察组使用中药治疗。对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治愈28例、有效12例、无效3例,总有效率为93.02%;对照组患者治愈21例、有效9例、无效13例,总有效率为69.77%;观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青春期功血使用中药治疗方式对患者的症状改善较好,经期缩短,安全可靠,临床可以推广使用。Objective To study the clinical effect of patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated with Chinese medicine.Methods A total of86patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with43cases.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results The observation group had28cure cases,12effective cases,3ineffective cases,with total effective rate as93.02%.The control group had21cure cases,9effective cases,13ineffective cases,with69.77%.The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine can improve symptoms of patients,shorten menstrual period with safety and reliability,and it can be promoted and used in clinic.
