重度颅脑外伤患者高压氧早期综合治疗的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究重度颅脑外伤患者高压氧早期综合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2010年8月~2016年11月收治的84例重度颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将所有患者均分为研究组(42例)与对照组(42例),两组患者均采取高压氧、手术及药物等综合治疗方案,研究组患者于受伤后7 d内进行高压氧治疗,而对照组患者受伤30 d后进行高压氧治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后两组患者格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)及日常生活能力(ADL)评分。结果研究组患者治疗后总有效率为97.62%,显著高于对照组85.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者GCS及ADL评分相当,差异无统计学意义;治疗后研究组患者评分均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度颅脑外伤患者采取早期高压氧综合治疗具有良好疗效,患者恢复好,生活能力改善,疗效显著。Objective To explore the hyperbaric oxygen in the early patients with severe craniocerebral injury clinical curative effect of combined therapy.Methods84cases of severe craniocerebral trauma patients in our hospital from August2010～2016year in November as the research objects,all patientswere divided into study group(42cases)and control group(42cases).Two groups of patients were treated by hyperbaric oxygen therapy,surgery and drugcase,patients in the study group the injured within30d after hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and patients in the control group were7d after hyperbaric oxygentherapy.Two groups were compared before and after treatment,the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients with Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)and theability of daily life(ADL)score.Results Group patients after treatment the total effective rate was97.62%,significantly higher than that of control group85.71%,and the difference is statistically significant;Treatment of the former two groups of patients with GCS and ADL scores,and there was no statisticallysignificant difference;After treatment group patients score were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Severe craniocerebral trauma patients with early hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a good effect,the patient recovered well,the ability to improvelife,with a high clinical research and promotion value.
