摘　　要：为了解决一般过程测控实验设备硬件集成度高、专机专用、可重复组建性能低、缺乏柔性化和滞后于信息时代需要的问题,在综合考虑实用性、易用性、灵活性和教学性的基础上,以软件为核心,研究和设计一种开放式智能过程测控实验平台。平台以软件化和开放式的过程控制器模块为核心,引入多种智能过程控制算法,充分利用软件的可重复组建特点和模块化硬件设备的灵活性,深度拓展实验项目类型,极大提高测控实验平台可重复组建能力和智能化程度。In order to solve the problems which are hardware of high integration,special plane,reformation of low performance and lack of fl exibility and behind the need of information age in the general process control experiment equipment,after considering the practicality,ease of use and fl exibility of teaching,this paper designs an open intelligent process control experimental platform by taking the software as the core.The platform takes open and software process controller as the core,takes in a variety of intelligent control algorithms and takes advantage of the software reusable form features and modular hardware fl exibility,expanding the depth of the experimental project type,which greatly improves the measurement and control experimental platform repeat formation ability and intelligence.
