摘　　要：为了解新形势下动物经纪人的发展现状,为管理政策调整提供支持,以问卷方式对湖北省某市动物经纪人进行调查。经研究发现:经纪人受教育程度不高、年龄偏大,经济收入较为丰厚,作为养殖与经营群体的供需桥梁作用明显;规模化与专业化的新型经纪人开始崛起,传统型动物经纪人逐步减少。实施备案制度、签订承诺书、严格检疫监管、强化宣传培训等措施,有助于做好动物经纪人的监管,但依然存在备案不全面、监管力量不足、培训方法内容单一等问题。这提示需要进一步严格监管、规范备案管理、提升培训针对性等。In order to recognize the status of animal brokers under new situation,so as to offer support for theadjustment of related administration policies,a questionnaire investigation was carried out towards animal brokers inone city of Hubei Province.Based on the investigation analysis,several traits about these brokers were revealed,suchas their slightly older ages,poor education levels,relative high financial rewards and an important role as a bridgeconnecting farmers with animal products sellers.In addition,the traditional animal brokers are gradually replacedby a new type of brokers who possess characteristics of large scale operation and professionalization.According toa series of adopted measures including implementing registration system,signing the commitment letters,strictlysupervising animal quarantine and strengthening public advocacy and training,the supervision over these brokers wasobviously enhanced.Inevitably,problems still exist,such as insufficient registration and supervision,too simplifiedtraining method and content.At last,countermeasures were given,which included further strengthening supervision,standardizing the management of registration and enhancing the pertinence of the training.
