摘　　要：罗非鱼是全球第二大重要养殖鱼类,也是我国重要的养殖和出口产品。本文介绍了罗非鱼湖病毒的病原学、流行病学(地理分布、易感动物、传播方式、季节性、发病率和死亡率、组织病理特征)以及部分诊断技术进展,以期为我国有效防控该病提供借鉴。Tilapias is the second-most important farmed fish worldwide and also important aquaculture and exportindustry in China.The reasearch progress of the etiology,epidemiology(including geographical distribution,susceptiblehost species,transmission mechanisms,seasonality,morbidity and mortality,histopathological features)andsome diagnostic techniques of the Tilapia lake virus(TiLV)were introduced in this paper,in order to provide referencefor the disease prevention and control.
