摘　　要：为掌握布鲁氏菌病活疫苗(M5-90株)免疫后的绵羊抗体水平、消长情况和不良反应发生情况,选择育肥羊和怀孕母羊各100只,分别用皮下注射免疫和点眼免疫法,开展了3个月的跟踪观察和定期检测。结果表明:布鲁氏菌病活疫苗(M5-90株)对育肥羊注射免疫后15 d的平板凝集抗体转阳率达100.0%,90 d降至22.7%;点眼免疫后15 d的平板凝集抗体转阳率达85.4%,90 d日降至0;个别3月龄以下育肥羊对注射免疫和点眼免疫均会发生一定程度不良反应,甚至死亡。活疫苗(M5-90株)对怀孕母羊皮下注射免疫后15 d的平板凝集抗体转阳率达100%,90 d降至14%;点眼免疫后15 d的平板凝集抗体转阳率达95.9%,90 d降至6.4%;注射免疫和点眼免疫均能造成一定比例的母羊流产和其他不良反应。因此,布鲁氏菌病活疫苗(M5-90株)不宜用于3月龄以下羔羊和怀孕母羊的免疫。In order to investigate the antibody level and changes in sheep immunized with live Brucellosis vaccine(M5-90strain),and inspect the adverse reactions after immunization,100fattening sheep and another100pregnantewes were selected and immunized by subcutaneous injection and eye dropping,and a3-month tracing observationand regular detection were carried out on the sheep.As for fattening sheep,it's indicated that the positive rate of anti-Brucella antibody detected by plate agglutination test could reach to100.0%at the15th day post inculation(dpi)andreduce to22.7%at90dpi by subcutaneous injection,the whilst positive positive rate of anti-Brucella antibody couldreach to85.4%at15dpi and drop to0.0%at90dpi by eye dropping vaccination strategies.Some fattening sheep lessthan3-mouth old appeared adverse reactions after both subcutaneous injection and eye dropping of Brucellosis vaccine(M5-90strain).As for pregnant sheep,the positive rate of anti-Brucella antibody could reach to100.0%at15daydpi and reduce to14.0%at90dpi.The positive rate of anti-Brucella antibody by eye dropping could reach to95.9%at15day dpi and reduce to6.4%at90dpi.A definite proportion of pregnant ewes aborted or showed adverse reaction.Inconclusion,live Brucellosis vaccine(M5-90strain)should not be applied to sheep less than3-month old and ewe inany pregnant stage.
