摘  要:针对长封固段、低压易漏井固井质量较差的问题,通过对漂珠和微硅的优选,确定一套适合不同井底压力的微硅漂珠复合水泥浆体系。室内研究表明,该体系具有密度低、抗压强度高、失水量小、流变性好,稠化时间可调的特点,能有效提高长封固段、低压易漏井的固井质量。In view of the problem that the quality of cementing in low-pressure and easy-leakage wells ispoor.Through the optimization of the floating beads and micro-silicon,to determine a set of different bottomhole pressure micro-silica floating beads composite slurry system.The results show that the system hasthe characteristics of low density,high compressive strength,low water loss,good rheological property andadjustable viscosity time.Can effectively improve the long sealing section,low pressure and easy leakage ofcementing quality.
