摘 要:为了提高装甲防护能力,在双金属复合线型药型罩的基础上设计内罩(不接触炸药)与外罩(接触炸药)壁厚比为1:1的双层结构。应用LS-DYNA 3D软件,采用多物质ALE方法,对内铝外铜、内铜外铝、内铁外铜、内铜外铁、内铜外铜(单金属对比组)5种分配情况进行数值仿真计算。在药型罩结构、炸药装药量、炸高相同的情况下,对比不同情况下射流形态及断裂状况,射流在半无限靶上的剩余穿深及开孔大小。分析结果表明:内铜外铝组的射流形态及侵彻开坑效果最好,可为双金属复合线型药型罩的优化和设计提供参考。For improving armor protection ability,on the basis of powder-type cover with double-layer composite liner,two-layer structure of inner cover(not contacting with explosives)and housing(contacting explosives)thickness ratio of1:1was designed.Using the LS-DYNA3D software and the ALE method of multi-material,five kinds of distribution wereanalyzed.They were inner aluminum outer copper,inner copper outer aluminum,inner iron outer copper,inner copper outeriron and both copper,all of which was single-metal comparison group.In the case that the structure of the powder-typecover,the quantity of explosive and height of burst were identical,jet shape and the fracture situation whose residualpenetration depth and the opening size of the jet on the semi-infinite target were compared under different conditions.Theanalysis result showed that the jet shape and the penetration effect of the inner copper outer aluminum formation were thebest.It could provide reference for the optimization and design of powder-type cover with bimetallic composite liner.
