摘 要:为解决装备技术准备流程中人力过载的问题,提出采用网络计划技术构建模型,利用遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)解决资源平衡问题的方法。通过分析网络计划中工序逻辑关系的特点,建立资源优化数学模型。在求解算法设计中,通过生成具有逻辑关系的初始种群来减少非法染色体的产生;针对资源平衡问题的特点设计惩罚策略,用于解决产生非法染色体的问题。实例结果表明:该方法能解决装备技术准备流程中存在的问题,具有很好的普适性。In order to solve the problem of human resource overloading in equipment technical preparation process,method of using network planning technology to construct optimization model and using genetic algorithm(GA)to solveresource leveling are proposed.Mathematical model of resource optimization was established by analyzing thecharacteristics of work stage logic relations in network plan.In the design of algorithms,initial population with logicalrelationship was generated to reduce illegal chromosome.According to the characteristics of resource leveling,punishmentstrategy was designed to solve the problem of illegal chromosome.Example shows that,the methods can solve the problemsexisting in the equipment technical preparation process universally.
