耦合的模糊理论在小型污水厂工艺优化中的应用

摘  要:针对小型污水处理厂工艺优化过程中的不确定性因素,研究模糊理论在工艺优化过程中的耦合模型。与传统的工艺方案决策方法不同,该耦合模型考虑了工艺决策过程中所存在的随机性、模糊性等各种不确定性因素,较综合、客观,具有实际应用的意义。该模型基于模糊理论将层次分析及灰色关联性分析进行耦合。首先运用层次分析进行各指标权重判断,其中耦合了模糊评判将不确定性指标进行定量化。最终运用灰色关联性分析进行判断最优方案以及重要影响因素。本文将该模型应用于小型污水处理厂工艺优化中,在初步确定的两个方案Carrousel氧化沟和倒置A^2/O工艺中,通过模型进行指标的综合判断。经过理论的应用及评判,最终确定最优方案,以此来探究耦合的模糊理论的适用性及在类似工程中的推广可能性。Owing to uncertainty in optimization process of small town sewage treatment plant,the coupling model of fuzzy theory in process optimization is studied.Different from the traditional decision-making methods of process planning,the coupling model considering the randomness and fuzziness of various uncertain factors existed in the process of the decision-making process in a comprehensive,objective,practical significance.Based on fuzzy theory,the model is coupled with hierarchical analysis and grey relational analysis.First of all,AHP is used to judge the weight of each index,in which fuzzy evaluation is coupled to quantify the uncertainty index.Finally,the grey relational analysis is used to judge the optimal scheme and the important influencing factors.The application of the model is applied to a small sewage treatment plant process optimization.In the preliminary determination of the two schemes,Carrousel oxidation ditch and inverted A2/O process are employed.Comprehensive judgment is made by using the model.Through the application and evaluation of the theory,the optimal scheme is finally determined,in order to explore the applicability of the coupled fuzzy theory and the possibility of extension in similar projects.
