论深化改革《服装号型》标准的必要性

摘　　要：《服装号型》标准是服装工业化生产的重要指标,但由于技术局限性,各国标准均未设袖窿周长规格,各种服装教科书也未建立验证所设计的袖窿周长正确与否的标准,对提高服装教学质量、从而进一步提高服装生产质量造成很大困扰,深化改革《服装号型》标准的必要性由此可见一斑。本文基于人体表面对服装的舒适性感知、大量的人体数据分析和近五十年的行业经验,提出了袖窿周长放松量计算公式,解决了确定袖窿周长放松量的技术问题,进一步论述了深化改革的可行性。“Garment size”standard is an important index of clothing production,but due to technical limitations,each country’s standards didn’t set armhole perimeter specifications,and the standards which verify the correctness of the designed armhole perimeter has not been established in all sorts of clothing textbooks.These problems have great influence on improving the quality of clothing teaching and further improving the quality of garment production,Thus deepening the reform of“Garment size”standard is very necessary.In this paper,based on the clothing comfort perception of the body surface,a large number of human analysis and industry experience nearly fifty years,puts forward the calculation formula of armhole perimeter relaxation,solve the technical problems of armhole perimeter relaxation,further discusses the feasibility of deepening reform.
