摘　　要：目的:探讨低钙透析液联合高通量血液透析对尿毒症患者血管钙化的影响。方法:收治尿毒症患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规的血液透析治疗,观察组采用低钙透析液联合高通量血液透析治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组血钙、血磷指标及钙磷乘积均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血管钙化评分低于治疗前,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低钙透析液联合高通量血液透析能改善尿毒症患者体内钙、磷代谢紊乱,降低血管钙化和心血管并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the influence of low calcium dialysate combined with high flux hemodialysis on vascularcalcification in uremic patients.Methods:72patients with uremia were selected,they were randomly divided into the control groupand the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis,and the observation group was treatedwith low calcium dialysate combined with high flux hemodialysis,we compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:Aftertreatment,the serum calcium,serium inorganic phosphorus and calcium phosphorus product in the observation group were lowerthan those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of vascular calcification in the observation group was lower thanbefore treatment and lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low calcium dialysate combined with high fluxhemodialysis can improve the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in uremic patients,reduce the calcification of blood vesselsand the occurrence of cardiovascular complications.
