流行性出血热52例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析流行性出血热临床特征,探讨其治疗。方法:回顾性分析52例流行性出血热患者的症状、体征、实验室检查及治疗。结果:流行性出血热是以发热、多器官功能障碍(肝功能损害、肾功能损害、血液系统损害)及低血压休克为主要表现。经抗病毒、器官功能支持、抗休克、肾上腺皮质激素,必要时血液透析等综合治疗,无一例死亡。结论:流行性出血热常年散发,发病与环境相关,青壮年发病居多;症状均有发热,主要表现为多器官功能障碍、低血压休克,临床分期多不明显;予激素为主的综合治疗取得良好效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of epidemic hemorrhagic fever,and discusses its treatment.Methods:We made a retrospective analysis of signs,laboratory examination and treatment of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic feversymptoms.Results:The calorific,multiple organ dysfunction(liver damage,kidney damage,blood system damage)and hypotensionshock were the main performance of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.The antiviral,organ function support,resistance to shock,adrenalcortical hormone,hemodialysis,such as comprehensive treatment when necessary,with no deaths.Conclusion:The epidemichaemorrhage heats up a perennial distribution,related to environment,mostly in the disease in young adults.Symptoms are fever,main performance for multiple organ dysfunction,low blood pressure shock,clinical stage is not obvious.The hormone basedcombination therapy achieved good results.
