全膝关节置换术结合活血利湿汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨全膝关节置换术(TKA)联合活血利湿汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:收治行TKA的膝关节骨性关节炎患者40例,随机平分两组。术后对照组给予常规药物治疗,试验组在此基础上联合活血利湿汤治疗,4周1个疗程,两组均连续治疗3个疗程。评估两组治疗前后膝关节功能、关节疼痛度。结果:与治疗前比较,两组HSS评分均明显升高,且试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);两组VAS评分均明显降低,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:TKA结合活血利湿汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,可疏通患者经脉、缓解其痹痛、有效恢复膝关节功能,术后疗效显著优于常规治疗。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Lishi decoction combined with total knee arthroplasty in thetreatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:40patients with knee osteoarthritis treated by TKA were selected.Theywere randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine medication after surgery.On this basis,the experimental group combined with Huoxue Lishi decoction treatment.4weeks for a course of treatment,the two groups weretaken continuous treatment of3courses.The knee function and joint pain were evaluated before and after treatment in the twogroups.Results:Compared with before treatment,the two groups of HSS scores were significantly higher,and the experimental groupwas significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower,and theexperimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Total knee arthroplasty combined withHuoxue Lishi decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients can dredge meridians,alleviate the pain,effective recoveryof knee joint function after operation.The curative effect was significantly better than conventional treatment.
