西黄胶囊治疗疼痛性乳腺增生症性激素变化临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨西黄胶囊治疗疼痛性乳腺增生症前后性激素与疼痛评分的变化。方法:收治黄体期乳腺疼痛女性患者89例,比较治疗前后性激素和疼痛评分变化。结果:治疗前雌激素高于正常值,治疗后雌激素降至正常水平,且治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后疼痛评分低于治疗前(P<0.001);FSH、PRL治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:西黄胶囊对疼痛性乳腺增生症患者雌激素异常具有调节作用,缓解乳腺胀痛;同时协调体内FSH、PRL的变化。Objective:To investigate the changes of sex hormones and pain scores before and after the treatment of painfulmammary gland hyperplasia with Xihuang capsules.Methods:89female patients with breast pain during luteal phase were selected,then the changes of sex hormones and pain scores before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before the treatment,estrogenwas higher than normal,then estrogen decreased to normal level after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significantbefore and after the treatment(P<0.001);the pain score after treatment was lower than before the treatment(P<0.001);FSH andPRL were statistically significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion:Xihuang capsules can regulateestrogen abnormal hyperplastic disease of breast pain,breast tenderness and ease;change of coordination in FSH and PRL.
