疏风通络散结法治疗风热证寻常痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价疏风通络散结法治疗风热证型寻常痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:收治寻常痤疮患者45例,予疏风通络散结法治疗,于治疗前、治疗12周观察中医证候积分、粉刺VAS评分、皮肤水分、油脂、弹性数值、pH值、弹性及安全性指标,并记录不良事件,评价中医证候疗效。结果:治疗12周患者中医证候积分、粉刺、痒痛、鼻息气热均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);皮肤水分增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。45例患者治疗12周痊愈16例,显效13例,有效10例,无效6例,总有效率86.7%。结论:疏风通络散结法能显著改善风热证型痤疮的粉刺、中医证候积分及皮肤水分,是治疗寻常痤疮安全、有效的药物。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shufeng Tongluo Sanjie method in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methpds:A total of45patients with acne vulgaris were selected,they were treated by Shufeng Tongluo Sanjie therapy,we observedthe TCM syndrome score,acne score of VAS,skin moisture,grease,elastic value,elastic,pH value,safety index at0week and12weeks,and recorded benign events,TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation.Results:After12weeks of treatment,the TCMsyndrome score,acne,itching and pain,breath gas heat were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Test moisture increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After12weeks of treatment,16cases were cured,13cases were markedly effective,10cases were effective,6cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was86.7%.Conclusion:Shufeng Tongluo Sanjie therapy can significantly improve the wind heat syndrome,acne vulgaris,TCM syndrome integral and skinmoisture,and is a safe and effective drug for acne vulgaris.
