健脾生血冲剂治疗乳腺癌化疗相关性贫血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾生血冲剂治疗乳腺癌患者化疗相关性贫血的临床疗效。方法:收治180例乳腺癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用健脾生血冲剂联合化疗,对照组单纯采用化疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组贫血发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。轻度贫血两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),中重度贫血两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组从第2周期开始血红蛋白下降幅度与化疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组从第3周期开始血红蛋白的下降幅度与化疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健脾生血冲剂治疗乳腺癌患者化疗相关性贫血的临床疗效较好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jian Pi Sheng Xue granule in the treatment of anemia related with breastcancer chemotherapy.Methods:180patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatmentgroup was treated with Jian Pi Sheng Xue granule combined with chemotherapy,and the control group was treated withchemotherapy alone.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The incidence of anemia in the treatment groupwas significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between groups in the mildanemia(P>0.01).The differences of moderate and severe anemia between groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).In thecontrol group,starting from the second cycle,the decrease of hemoglobin was statistically significant compared with that beforechemotherapy(P<0.01).In the treatment group,starting from the third cycle,the decrease of hemoglobin was statisticallysignificant compared with that before chemotherapy(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jian Pi Sheng Xue granule in thetreatment of anemia related with breast cancer chemotherapy was good.
