摘　　要：4相传导阻滞是心率减慢、心动周期延长时出现的阻滞现象,又称慢频率依赖性阻滞,包括4相性束支传导阻滞和4相性房室传导阻滞。本文就1例4相左束支传导阻滞伴紊乱性房性心动过速患者进行分析,以期对临床有所帮助。4phase block is a phenomenon of slowing of heart rate and obstruction of cardiac cycle.It is also called slow frequency dependent block.They consist of4phase bundle branch block and4phase atrioventricular block.1patients with4phase left bundle branch block with paroxysmal atrial tachycardia were analyzed in this paper.
