全血C反应蛋白与血常规联合检验在儿科细菌感染性疾病诊断中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨全血C反应蛋白联合血常规检验在儿科细菌感染性疾病诊断中的价值。方法:收治细菌感染性疾病患儿68例。观察组34例给予全血C反应蛋白联合血常规检验,对照组34例给予单纯血常规检验。结果:对照组诊断准确率低于观察组(P<0.05),观察组白细胞计数与全血C反应蛋白浓度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:为了提高疾病诊断率,建议临床推广应用血常规联合全血C反应蛋白检验细菌感染性疾病。Objective:To investigate the value of combined detection of whole blood C reactive protein(CRP)and blood routineexamination in the diagnosis of pediatric bacterial infectious diseases.Methods:68children with bacterial infectious diseases wereselected.The observation group(34cases)was given the blood C reactive protein and blood routine test.The control group(34cases)was given the routine blood routine test.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of the control group was lower than that of theobservation group(P<0.05),and the leukocyte count in the observation group was positively related to the concentration of Creactive protein in the whole blood(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to improve the diagnostic rate of disease,it is suggested thatroutine blood test combined with whole blood C reactive protein test is used to test bacterial infectious diseases.
