摘　　要：目的:探讨住院新生儿黄疸患儿家长产生焦虑情绪的影响因素及护理干预对减轻家长焦虑的效果。方法:对97例新生儿黄疸患儿家长采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)测量焦虑状况,并随机分组进行综合护理干预,观察干预效果。结果:与对照组比较,干预组的新生儿家长焦虑程度显著减轻(P<0.01)。结论:加强新生儿黄疸病情观察与护理,对新生儿黄疸患儿家长采取综合护理措施能有效减轻或消除家长的焦虑情绪。Objective:To explore the related factors of parental anxiety of hospitalized children with neonatal jaundice and nursingintervention effect for alleviating parental anxiety.Methods:97parents of hospitalized children with neonatal jaundice weremeasured anxiety status by self rating anxiety scale(SAS),and they were randomly divided into two groups,and receivedcomprehensive nursing intervention.We observed the intervention effect.Results:Compared with the control group,the anxiety levelof the parents in the intervention group was significantly reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion:Strengthening the observation and nursingof neonatal jaundice,and taking comprehensive nursing measures for parental of children with neonatal jaundice can effectivelyalleviate or eliminate the anxiety of parents.
