摘　　要：目的:探讨简便的生活方式干预模式对高血压肾病患者的影响。方法:收治高血压肾病患者88例,随机分为对照组和生活方式干预组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:生活方式干预组的治疗依从率、血压控制率以及收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇均值控制情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:简便的生活方式干预模式可帮助高血压肾病患者提高服药率和血压控制率,降低血脂水平。Objective:To explore the influence of intervention mode of simple life style for patients with hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:88patients with hypertensive nephropathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and thelifestyle intervention group.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the lifestyle intervention group,the treatmentcompliance rate,blood pressure control rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and total cholesterol control situationwere significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention mode of simple life style forpatients with hypertensive nephropathy can improve the medication rate and blood pressure control rate and lower the blood lipidlevel.
