辽源市2001-2010年结核病发病情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析辽源市结核病防治项目10年执行情况。方法:参照《全国结核病防治规划(2001-2010)》中期评估实施方案的评价指标进行评估。结果:项目实施10年,就诊率从1.07/1 000上升至2.2/1 000。累计发现活动性肺结核患者7 329例。涂阳新登记率上升,4 536例涂阳患者总治愈率91.13%。结论:结核病防治项目的实施,促进了基层现代结核病控制策略的落实和辽源市结核病防治工作的开展。Objective:To analyze the ten years of implementation on tuberculosis control project in Liaoyuan city.Methods:Assessment according to the evaluation index of the mid-term implementation plan of national tuberculosis prevention and controlprogram(2001-2010).Results:After ten years of implementation,the visiting rate increased from1.07/1000to2.2/1000.A total of7329cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were found.New registration rate of positive sputum smear increased,the total curerate was91.13%among those4536cases with positive sputum smear.Conclusion:Implementation of TB control project promotesthe implementation of modern TB control strategy and the development of TB control in Liaoyuan city.
