摘　　要：目的:评价社区中医预防管理对高血压高危人群的预防效果。方法:选取高血压高危人群136例,随机平分两组。对照组行社区常规管理,试验组在此基础上进行中医预防管理干预,比较两组的健康知识知晓率、血压控制率、满意度等。结果:经过2年社区中医预防管理,试验组血压较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组知晓率及满意度也较对照组有所提高。结论:社区中医预防管理能够提高高危人群的健康意识,降低血压水平,延缓高血压病的发生。Objective:To evaluate the preventive effect of community preventive management of traditional Chinesemedicine(TCM)on high risk population of hypertension.Methods:136patients with high risk of hypertension were selected andrandomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine community management,and the experimentalgroup was managed by traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of the control group.The health knowledge awareness,bloodpressure control rate,satisfaction and other changes of the two groups were compared.Results:After2years of communityprevention and management of traditional Chinese medicine,the blood pressure of the experimental group was lower than that ofthe control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the awareness rate and satisfaction degree of theexperimental group were also higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Community prevention and management of Chinesemedicine can improve health consciousness of high-risk population,lower blood pressure level and delay the occurrence of hypertension.
