QG400/300型泵轴承损坏原因分析及处理

摘  要:本文以某热电公司QG400/300型泵为例,在机组运行中该泵的非驱动轴承温度持续上升,多次利用机组停备机会,对该泵进行检修,更换轴承,效果不佳,针对这一现象,对引起该型泵运行中推力轴承频繁损坏的原因进行了简要分析;通过现场检修,进行多次试验论证,找出了导致该泵运行中轴承温度升高的主要影响因素,并提出了针对性的检修及运行措施,实施后收到了较好效果:该型泵运行中轴承频繁损坏的问题得到了彻底解决。In this paper,a thermoelectric company QG400/300pump,for example,in the unit operation of the pump non-drive bearing temperature continues to rise,repeatedly use the unit to stop the opportunity to repair the pump,replace the bearing,the effect is poor,Aiming at this phenomenon,the causes of frequent damage of thrust bearing in the operation of the pump are analyzed.Through the field maintenance,it is proved that the main factors that cause the bearing temperature rise during the operation of the pump are found,And put forward the targeted maintenance and operation measures,after the implementation of the received good results:the pump running in the bearing damage to the problem has been completely resolved.
