摘 要:基于胜任素质理论,在文献研究和访谈的基础上设计农村电商创业胜任力量表,先对广西地区的农村电商创业者发放50份预试调查问卷,通过信度、效度和探索性因子分析后修改量表。再对浙江、江苏、广东、广西、贵州、山东、福建、四川等地发放350份调查问卷,回收有效问卷254份。通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析构建农村电商创业胜任力模型,包括个人品行、知识资本、思维能力、心理特质和执行能力五个维度。以期对农村电商创业人才的培养以及农村电商创业者的自我提高提供借鉴和指导。Based on the competence theory,the rural e-commerce entrepreneurial competency scale on the basis of literature research and interviews was designed.Fifty pre-test questionnaires were distributed to the rural e-commerce entrepreneur in Guangxi,and the reliability,validity and exploratory factor analysis were used to modify the scale.After that,350questionnaires were distributed in Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Guangxi,Guizhou,Shandong,Fujian and Sichuan,and254valid questionnaires were collected.Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,a rural e-commerce entrepreneurial competence model was constructed and analyzed from the perspectives including personal quality,knowledge capital,thinking ability,psychic trait and executive capability,five dimensionality in all,expecting to cultivate rural Electronic commercial entrepreneurs and provide suggestions to the self-upgrading of rural e-commercial entrepreneurs.
