区域科技创新体系框架下中小微企业科技创新服务平台建设研究

摘　　要：从国内外科技创新服务平台的研究及我国科技创新服务平台建设的现状来看,我国中小微企业科技创新服务平台的构建应以用户的需求为导向,其系统逻辑框架设计(技术与物理架构)、业务功能设计、数据库与接口设计、硬件及网络环境设计等都应结合中小微企业自身的特点,以利于平台更好地服务于中小微企业的发展。From the perspectives of the research of science and technology innovation service platform both at home andabroad and the current situation of China’s science and technology innovation service platform construction,the constructionof the technology innovation service platform of China’s small and medium-sized micro enterprises should be orientedto the needs of users.Its design of the system logic framework(technology and physical architecture),business function,database and interface,and the hardware and network environment of innovative service platform should be combined with thecharacteristics of small and medium-sized micro enterprises,so as to make the platform better serve the development of smalland medium-sized micro enterprises.
