摘 要:通过对机抖激光陀螺惯导结构的物理模型进行分析,建立了机抖激光陀螺惯导结构的有限元模型,在此基础上对惯组结构的若干低阶模态进行了分析。对模态分析结果和实验测量结果进行了对比,计算结果表明:模态分析所得结果与实验测量结果一致,计算误差小于5.23%,验证了有限元分析方法的正确性和可行性,指出了惯导结构设计中的薄弱环节。研究工作为机抖激光陀螺惯导结构的动力学修改和优化设计提供了参考依据。A finite element model for inertial navigation structure of the mechanically dithered ring laser gyroscope wasestablished based on its physics structure.The structure’s natural frequencies and modals were calculated utilizing ANSYS software.The results of modal analysis and experimental measurements were compared.It proves that the results of the modal analysis andexperiments measurement were consistent and the errors of the finite element analysis were no more than5.23%,so that the finiteelement analysis was effective and efficient.The weakness of the present structure was indicated.The results obtained are helpful forimproving the dynamic modification and optimum design of the inertial navigation structure of the mechanically dithered ring lasergyroscope.
