摘　　要：文章以效力范围达及全国的干部人事档案政策法规为研究对象,按内容和性质将其划分为四类:综合管理类、具体管理工作环节类、专项工作类、流动人员管理类,纵向勾勒出干部人事档案政策法规发展演变的历史轨迹,并论述其特征,及其对我国干部人事档案管理的意义。From the perspective of the scope of validity,this essay studies the policies and regulations for national cadre personnel archives.Based on the different contents and properties,there are four categories:integrated management,specific management of working procedures,special tasks,and management on migrant workers.The categorization vertically describes the historical tracks of policies regulations concerning national cadre personnel archives.In addition,the corresponding features and impacts on cadre personnel file management in China are discussed.
