摘　　要：有关档案信息资源利用的实践及理论探讨虽受到学者与公众关注,但是有关我国档案利用历史演变历程的内容却鲜有系统论述。文章试图从历史主义视角对中国档案信息资源利用演变过程与特点做较系统梳理,力求总结经验,吸取教训,以期对当今中国档案信息资源开放利用的发展与路径选择提供借鉴。The practice and theoretical discussion on the utilization of archives information resources have always been paid close attention to scholars and the public.However,there lack of systematic discussion about the history of archives utilization.The paper attempts to use the historical perspective to do a systematic carding,and strives to summarize the experience,so as to provide reference for the development of information resource in China today.
