摘　　要：加强档案伦理建设,是大学生心理档案工作专业化、规范化开展的基本要求。当前,大学生心理档案伦理建设面临着档案信息污染、隐私权与知情权冲突、心理档案伦理规范欠缺等问题。在今后的大学生心理档案伦理建设工作中,应以心理学及档案学伦理原则为基础,以外在伦理监督制约机制为保障,以内在伦理道德自律水平提升为根本。Strengthening the construction of archives ethics is the basic requirement for the specialization and standardization of college students'psychological archives work.At present,the construction of college students'psychological archives ethics faces the problems of file information pollution,privacy and right to know conflict,and lack of ethical standards of psychological archives.In the future work of ethical construction of College Students'psychological archives,we should base on the ethical principles of psychology and archival science,and ensure the level of ethical selfdiscipline within the framework of the ethical supervision and control mechanism.
